Michael Spevak, M.A., is an Engineering Geologist with extensive experience in geology, environmental research, and the oil and gas industry, both in Israel and internationally. He is highly skilled in analytical problem-solving, communication, teamwork and management, with substantial experience in geological data analysis and geological software. He is a member of the Israeli National Association of Architects and Engineers, based in Jerusalem, Israel.

Andrey Barseghyan, M.A., is an Engineering Geologist and Chief Geologist at GeoHome, with extensive knowledge of geology and the mining of semi-precious stones.
In 1992 he implemented the project "Detecting Prerequisites and Geological Conditions for Diamond Cutting in the Territory of the Republic of Armenia", which became his final thesis at Yerevan State University, where he graduated as an Engineering Geologist.
